course or workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and empowering experience for all students.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive full access to all course materials — including videos, guides, and mentorship tools.

Note: Access is granted solely to the enrolled student. Sharing, transferring, or reselling your access is strictly prohibited.

Class Attendance & Cancellation Terms

Mandatory Makeup Model Requirement

All students are required to bring their own makeup model to each class.

This applies unless the student is not local and has received prior confirmation from Kairi that a model will be provided.

If a student fails to follow this requirement, Royale Beauty Academy can supply a model for a $30 fee, payable before the class begins.

Failure to bring a model or pay the supply fee may result in the student not being able to participate in the practical component of the class.

Class Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any class cancellation.

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiting that class with no refund or reschedule option.

🚫 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our course and immediate access to exclusive materials,

all sales are final.

No refunds will be provided once access has been granted which includes any deposits paid to hold your spot in any Academy Class or Workshop. At our discretion we may move you to a further class or workshop based upon space available.

📚 Intellectual Property

All course materials — including videos, PDFs, and mentorship content — are the

intellectual property of Royale Beauty Academy.

You may not copy, reproduce, or share any part of the content without

written permission.

We’re here to guide you! You’ll receive access to ongoing mentorship and support.

📅 Course Agreement Duration

These Terms & Conditions become active once you pay any deposit, course payment (including partial payment), receive your login credentials and remain in effect throughout your course access — and beyond.

_{Royale Beauty Academy — Workshop Terms & Conditions}

These Terms & Conditions apply to all makeup workshops hosted by Royale Beauty Academy. By purchasing a ticket or attending a workshop, you (“participant”, “you”) agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payments

Full payment is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class to confirm your booking. Unpaid spots will be released to the waitlist. All workshop payments are non-refundable.

If you provide at least 3 days’ notice (72 hours) before the workshop, you may credit your booking to the next available class or event.

Each booking can only be rescheduled once.

After one reschedule, the booking will be forfeited if you cannot attend.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Credits must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the booking with no credit or refund.All workshop bookings must be made through our official website or authorised team members.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the ticket without credit or refund.

3. Minimum Numbers & Class Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops if minimum numbers are not met, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, extreme weather).

In the event that we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full credit toward a future workshop or the option to transfer your ticket.

4. Workshop Etiquette

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key components of the workshop and we are unable to extend class time for latecomers.

Participants must follow all safety and hygiene instructions provided by our team during the session.

Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Photography & Media

Workshops may be filmed, photographed, or live-streamed for marketing and educational purposes.

By attending, you grant Royale Beauty Academy permission to use your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, social media, or future course content.

If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please inform us in writing before the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, demonstrations, and techniques taught during the workshop are the intellectual property of Royale Beauty Academy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, film, or teach the content learned without express written permission.

7. Liability

All participants attend and participate at their own risk.

Royale Beauty Academy is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during or after the workshop.

Participants are responsible for disclosing any allergies or skin sensitivities before the workshop begins.

8. Age & Consent

Participants under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian present or provide written consent prior to attending.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
